Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability — just mention it in your booking request and we’ll do our best. Early check-in before noon is ₱100 per hour when the calendar allows.

Once you submit the booking form, you’ll receive an Acknowledgement Receipt (AR) by email within 1–2 hours. Five or more days before check-in, submitting also holds your dates for 24 hours while you send the reservation fee; if nothing arrives, the hold is released quietly and nothing is owed. We verify both payment and availability, then send your personal confirmation. Your dates are not confirmed until that message arrives. The balance and the ₱1,000 refundable deposit are settled at least a day before check-in — no surprises.

GCash or UnionBank transfer. Payment instructions appear only after you review available dates and enter your guest details. All payments go directly to the property — there is no third-party processor.

Yes, at no extra charge. Parking is shared roadside parking within the gated Bria Homes community, first-come first-served, with exterior CCTV and community security.

The unit has fiber broadband. It handles remote work, video calls, and streaming simultaneously without issue.

Day visitors are welcome. We only ask that you let us know in advance. Overnight guests beyond the declared headcount are not permitted.

Cancellations 5 or more days before check-in receive a full refund of the reservation fee. Under 5 days: the reservation fee is retained to cover the reserved dates.
